Jan Brouwer (1935-2023)

Jan Brouwer is no longer with us.

He has been an tireless supporter of the GTB Lab from the very beginning. His commitment to bringing the worlds of architecture and industry closer together is a great inspiration to those who want to innovate and make construction more sustainable. That is why, in 1988, he was one of the founders of BOOOSTING, a platform for innovation in construction. He was a member of the evaluation committee of Elma Durmisevic's PhD thesis "Transformable Building Structures" (2006) and his boundless support on the way to the creation of GTB Lab was very important. Since the foundation of GTB Lab, he has been an boosting member of its Supervisory Board.

We will remember Jan Brouwer as an inspiring and joyful friend.
