Due to popular demand, we are repeating the event! On Saturday, September 13, GTB Lab will host KOK & KUNST for the second time, and we cordially invite you to join us! It promises to be another experimental, culinary, social, and artistic experience centered around values such as creativity and circularity.

For true enthusiasts, there will also be a culinary/medicinal workshop on September 7.

Culinary/medicinal workshop

Participants set out together to learn how to recognize and collect edible and medicinal wild plants. During the cooking session, they transform their harvest into creative dishes and make medicinal ointments and tinctures from plants with healing properties for the body. The activity concludes with a group tasting session.

Grey market X plant-based dinner

Imagine a market where money is not needed—where people exchange knowledge, time, goods, and stories. Where human values are central. On Saturday, September 13, at GTB Lab Heerlen, this will become reality. Together with chef Marente van der Valk and plant expert Mark Franck, we will serve a sensory COOK & ART dinner: plant-based, wild, seasonal, and full of stories. Bring something you can share—a skill, an object, a recipe—and take part in this alternative market. Come exchange. Come share. Come taste.
